Job Role: Property Transfer Operations Manager
Location: Must be able to travel/work from all our centres of excellence – Luton, New Milton, Worcester and Torquay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Main Purpose of Job
To lead and motivate the Property Transfer teams through careful management and team development ensuring the optimum resource levels across the team and maximising operational efficiencies and developing/increasing revenue earning opportunities.
Position in Organisation
Reports to the Head of Property Transfer.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Property Transfer teams across multiple office locations.
* Provide ongoing leadership, training and support to the teams.
* Deliver the highest level of customer service.
* Deliver operational efficiencies and increase revenue earning opportunities through a continuous improvement philosophy.
* Promote and implement new projects, initiatives and strategies.
* Develop and implement digital delivery methods of communication to stakeholders.
* Enhance customer experience through technology or process improvement.
* Monthly departmental reporting and KPIs.
* Ensure full adherence to company SLAs.
* Ongoing review of processes and procedures.
* Timely resolution of departmental related queries.
* Encourage a collaborative approach across all departments.
* Workforce planning to ensure correct level of resource as well as providing career development opportunities to promote retention.
* Focus on employee engagement and retention, ensuring that the property transfer team feel valued and enjoy the office environment.
* Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Business Services division.
Skills and Experience
* Strong management and leadership experience gained in a property management environment.
* Able to lead by example to support, motivate and coach teams and colleagues.
* Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and manage projects through to completion.
* Excellent customer service delivery.
* Enthusiastic to embrace and drive company initiatives, strategic plans and delivery of change.
* Confident communicator – both orally and written.
* Able to work both independently and within a team environment, handling multiple projects, and able to prioritise activity in line with risk and deadline pressures.
* Must have a strong technical aptitude with analytical, planning, reporting and problem-solving skills.
