We currently have an opportunity for a Complaints Scheduler Analyst to join our Complaints Investigation / Product Returns team based in Witney, Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing data related to open cases, generating predictive models and dashboards to aid key departmental decisions and workload allocations. This involves querying various databases, extracting information into Excel, and presenting it in various forms. By examining patterns, trends, and insights from the data, the incumbent will work with the management team to make informed choices, reducing uncertainty, and optimising outcomes. As part of the role there will be a requirement to attend cross-functional meetings and contribute to decisions that ensure the team can meet agreed complaints investigation commitments. Close collaboration with the Product Returns teams is essential to monitor investigation output against the schedule and provide performance feedback. As the go-to person for Complaints Investigation information, you will drive data-based decision-making and present findings to internal stakeholders and teams across the division. You will work in a spirit of continuous improvement, analysing and translating data related to product returns. Developing standardized performance dashboards and metrics, you will assist with departmental performance monitoring activities. This new role offers plenty of scope for a quick learner to make a significant impact. To be successful, you need an organized approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while juggling multiple tasks. An A-level or Degree qualification, experience in data management and programming (ideally Python), and proficiency in Excel and PowerBI are required.
