This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who wants to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing firm, and who has proven experience working with external providers and internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
We are looking for a highly organised individual who is a confident communicator and pays strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will take full ownership of various tasks and projects which are in line with our firmwide strategy and are imperative to our continued success. This includes working with the leadership team on administrative elements of their business plan(s), maintaining relationships with external providers and managing facility contracts and ensuring the company remains compliant with regulations.
This role can be based out of any of our offices but travel to other offices will be required.
The important work you will be doing:
* Management of contracts and renewals
* Support the firm on regulatory deadlines and play a key part in keeping the firm compliant
* Building relationships with external providers
* Supporting board meetings and following up on actions
* Partnering with and supporting senior stakeholders
* Project support
The skills and experience you will bring:
* A minimum of 2 years in an administrative role
* Good communicator
* Strong organisational skills
* An ambitious and inquisitive nature with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use own initiative
* Proficiency in using MS Office programs is essential
* Commercial acumen
