Excellent opportunity to join a fast growing, market leader in Arbroath as Customer Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.
Office-based, with free on-site parking
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, M-F
Salary: £24,000
Your day to day:
First point of contact for visitors and customers
Hnadle general enquiries from customers, escalting where required
Assist with online orders, including cancellations, shipping inquiries, and product details
After sales administration and support including return and management of fault reports
Log and manage customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up
Escalte quality issues to the relevant teams
Coordinate travel bookings: including flights, accommodation, and transport
Diary management, coordinating meetings and managing Directors schedule
Gate keeper duties
Problem solving on behalf of the senior management team
Support fundraising events and activities
Charity liaison
Organise team building activities
Update newsletters and posts company wideThe ideal candidate will come with:
Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to deal with customers face to face, over the phone and email
Ability to drive preferred
Excellent IT skills
Good organisational and coordination skills
