Through their hands-on, mentored approach, they can provide direct training in all aspects of Facilities and Property Management to someone willing to learn. Previous occupants of this position have gone on to work in national asset management companies, having received excellent training and development. Your new role I am seeking a motivated, ambitious and hard-working individual, looking to start their career in facilities and property management. This is an excellent hands-on experience job, working with established facilities and property specialists where you will be able to gain direct experience in all aspects of facilities and property management whilst performing the following duties: Managing service level agreements with client-owned properties Supporting the Asset Management team during lease renewals, rent reviews etc. Supporting the Property & Facilities Manager in the delivery of planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance, determining the best contractors and suppliers to complete specific works. Assisting in all FM services (hard and soft) and work, ensuring they are delivered as agreed and assisting in the financial administration. Helping to ensure total compliance with respect to Health & Safety and statutory legislation throughout all properties, as well as contractors' and their contractual obligations. Manage annual Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments, as well as Asbestos Management and oversee accompanying actions. Complete regular inspections of properties, meeting contractors, suppliers, tenants and clients. Administration of leases, licences and other documentation.
