Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Bookkeeping: Prepare and send client invoices accurately and on time. Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank statements. Process and monitor business expenses with proper documentation. Tax Advisory & Compliance: Advise on tax reclaim opportunities, including director purchases and business-associated costs. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage submissions effectively. Collaboration & Reporting: Liaise with external accountants and auditors as required. Generate monthly financial summaries for the management team. Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and stay up to date with tax regulations, ensuring the business adheres to all requirements. Support VAT returns and payroll submissions. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in accounts management, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, especially in reclaiming business costs. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
