About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Holiday Inn Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and develop smooth operations of the kitchen, focusing on quality and presentation.
* Maximise opportunities to ensure profit and cost margins are met and consistently kept in line with budget.
* Menu planning, cost, and budget control to ensure food costs are achieved.
* Recruitment, training, and development of the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain strict controls of food safety and health & safety.
Requirements
* City & Guilds 706/1 | 706/2 Catering, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* Food safety level 2 or 3.
* Experience at Head Chef or senior sous chef level in a hotel or hospitality venue.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
