Job Title: Secondary School Support Staff

Salary: £85 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
* Provide support to teachers and students in a secondary school setting
* Assist with classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment
* Supervise students during break times and ensure their safety
* Help with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and preparing materials
* Support students with special needs and provide individualised assistance as required
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education:
A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or young people is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of basic educational principles and practises
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in education or childcare
* First aid training
Working Conditions:
This role requires working full-time hours in a secondary school environment. The work may involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting or carrying of materials. The successful candidate will need to undergo a DBS background check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
