Aspire Jobs are working exclusively with our well-established and successful manufacturing company who are now looking for an experienced and commercially astute B2B Sales Administrator who is driven, passionate and wants to excel in their role.
Working in a small team of 2, you will be the main team to support the field sales executive based all around the UK.
The successful Sales Administrator will:
* Have 8-10 years’ experience from a buzzy sales environment
* Be commercially astute with the ability to understand P&L, costs and overheads vs quotes
* Be a team player
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Be a good communicator both internally and externally
* Have common sense
* Possess excellent customer service skills and experience
* Be IT literate – they use a bespoke system as well as Sage 200 (which can be taught)
Job Description
The role will see you reacting to orders and ensuring that they are processed properly and profitably.
The information will be gathered from the Field Sales team, and you will then put the quote together, process it, and send it to the B2B customer. You will need to check the information and ensure that it is accurate and that timescales for delivery are realistic. You may need to liaise with internal colleagues in the factory as well.
Some of the quotes can be more bespoke and require more time to put together.
There may be times where you need to chase quotes that have been sent out, so a good telephone manner is essential.
