About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of answering queries, optimising and improving our operational processes, specifically focusing on our investor services. You will be responsible for assessing and automating repeat processes, managing edge cases and collaborating closely with a variety of teams across Titanbay. This role will be crucial in enhancing our client interactions to deliver an unparalleled experience for our partners and investors.
Responsibilities
1. Assess and streamline processes within the organisation, with a focus on investor services.
2. Run and improve high-impact areas including onboarding, AML and KYC processes.
3. Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
4. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement new solutions.
5. Analyse high volumes of data to identify patterns and drive process enhancements.
6. Develop structured solutions to new and existing problems.
7. Communicate effectively and clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a B2B Customer Service role, providing an exceptional customer experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in process improvement, utilising automation and implementing tooling.
3. Proven ability to work with high volumes of data and perform pattern analysis.
4. Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
5. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Structured thinker with a logical approach to problem-solving.
8. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results with a sense of urgency.
