Housing Need Officer - Interim Position
We are seeking a Housing Need Officer to join our team on an interim basis for a period of 3-6 months.
The ideal candidate will have a hybrid working pattern, with two days spent in the office. Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proven experience working within an allocations team.
* Able to assess housing applications efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills for phone duty and face-to-face support.
