Employment Solicitor, NQ, West Midlands, £40000 - £45,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF: TL8606.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage your own caseload while supporting partner leads in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
2. Handle cases including settlement agreements, redundancy situations, TUPE, unfair and constructive dismissal claims, equality and discrimination claims, grievances and disciplinaries, and restrictive covenants.
Qualifications:
1. Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Paralegals with both respondent and claimant experience.
2. Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
3. A driven, determined, and ambitious individual looking to excel within this highly regarded firm.
