Helix Medical Centre has a fantastic opportunity for 3 receptionists to further strengthen their team. The roles are offered on a part-time basis for the shifts detailed below:
Role 1 - 34.5 hours
* Monday 8am to 6:30pm
* Wednesday 8am to 2pm
* Thursday 8am to 6:30pm
* Friday 8am to 6:30pm
Role 2 - 28.5 hours
* Monday 8am - 6:30pm
* Tuesday 9:30am - 8pm
* Friday 8am to 6:30pm
Role 3 - 28.5 hours
* Monday 8am - 6:30pm
* Tuesday 8am - 6:30pm
* Friday 8am to 6:30pm
You will be required to cover additional hours for staff holidays and sickness, sometimes at short notice, which may include a later finish. Attendance at staff meetings and training may be in addition to your contracted hours.
Pay rate will rise to £12.21 from 01.04.25.

Person Specification
Experience
* Good working knowledge of SystmOne clinical system/Accurx.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Have a polite telephone manner along with the ability to deal with sensitive/confidential issues appropriately whilst remaining calm under pressure.
* Be able to work cohesively as part of a team.
* Capable of working in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
* Positivity and a robust nature are a must!
