The Role
A boutique and specialist Recruitment firm based in Billericay (Essex), servicing an established Financial Services London client base, is seeking a reliable and hard-working Recruitment Associate to join their team.
The Recruitment Associate will work closely with the Recruitment Director, supporting current client work and building further client relationships.
The role can potentially be 4 days a week (salary would be pro-rated if so).
The Recruitment Associate will show confidence in speaking to clients and candidates on the telephone, with the ability to ask probing and detail-oriented questions.
The Recruitment Firm specializes in Investment Management, Asset Management, and Private Banking, with clients based in the City of London. Therefore, travel to London for client and candidate meetings will be required on occasion (potentially once every few weeks).
The Recruitment Associate will be guided to gain knowledge of the Investment Management & Private Banking industry to fully understand the needs of the clients.
The role involves speaking to candidates to assess their suitability for positions, screening candidates, drawing up shortlists for clients to interview, and organizing interviews.
The Recruitment Associate will build their presence on LinkedIn as well as utilize specialist recruitment websites, job boards, and social media tools.
The role will involve confidently and professionally speaking with clients of all levels, including Managers, HR, and Partners.
The Recruitment Associate will work well under pressure and fulfill any working deadlines in a timely manner.
Preparing candidates for their interviews and managing them throughout the process is also part of the role.
There would be a real opportunity to assist in building out the recruitment company brand, coming up with ideas to attract new business, and leading on branding and social media projects.
This role would suit a highly organized and driven individual who enjoys the entrepreneurial nature of a smaller business within a down-to-earth, hardworking, and flexible office.
The role will also offer a bonus structure related to the positions which the Recruitment Associate will support.
The Candidate
Someone who has worked in a client-facing role or front of house. Recruitment experience is a real bonus.
