Our client is a well-established, successful, and forward-thinking company within the Property sector, looking for an Accounts Assistant based in its Canterbury office.
To provide assistance to the Accounts Manager to help both the Student and Residential departments with any landlord, tenant, or contractor accounting questions.
Responsibilities:
* Payments of landlords and contractors
* Arrears management
* Prepare budget forecasts and fee reports
* Liaising with stakeholders both internal and external
* Petty cash management
Skills Required:
* High standard of written and spoken English, especially grammar and spelling
* High level of concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a methodical and organised approach
* Able to effectively prioritise and multi-task
* Previous accounts experience or currently studying AAT at level 3 or 4
