Location: Crewe
Duration: Temporary Ongoing
Hourly: £12.80 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Key Duties:
* Ensure customer price files are generated and maintained
* Reconciliation of customer orders / transport packs, ensuring accurate printing, scanning and filing
* Create credit requests for damages or shortages when required
* Track shipments from collection to delivery and filing for all customers
* Maintaining multiple transport databases for future reconciliation
* Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner with appropriate communication
* Printing and e-mailing purchase orders to suppliers
* Filing signed purchase orders, order acknowledgements or other critical documents
Key Skills Required:
* Experience of working within a supply chain role
* Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office
* Effective communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
