An exciting opportunity is available for an Executive Assistant / Business Support Administrator to join one of our clients based in Andover. It's a busy team and no day is the same, so a sense of humour is definitely required Overview: As an Executive Assistant / Business Support Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to the directors and wider business, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. Act as a liaison between directors and internal/external stakeholders. Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Maintain confidential records and files, managing sensitive information with discretion. Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management tasks. Attend meetings and take meeting minutes. Support the development of company policies and procedures as directed by directors. Supporting the wider business with sales, customer services, reporting. Supporting the wider business with orders. Handle any ad-hoc duties directed by directors or senior management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the business needs. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software. High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information. A degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
