About the role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Manager. This is an exciting opportunity where the successful post holder will have responsibility for managing and developing the Reablement Service. Our Reablement team has a strong reputation for supporting the very best outcomes for Southampton’s residents, and you’ll be joining a passionate group of people who provide a vital service across the city. The Registered Manager is in day-to-day charge of the regulated activity or activities they are registered for and must ensure that people who use services have their needs met. They will lead and manage the service, comply with the relevant regulations, demonstrate their fitness to be registered as a registered manager and achieve the best possible outcomes for service users; working as part of the wider team of managers under the Service Manager, they will continually improve services, to ensure they are person centred, meet agreed outcomes and are delivered within budgetary constraints. The position requires a proactive approach to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with organisational policies and procedures as well as regulation and compliance of Care Quality Commission standards. About you: To apply, you must have : Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Experience managing a registered service with proven published achievements, consistently meeting or exceeding inspection Requirements Experience and proven achievements in the development and implementation of strategy and policy. Strong leadership skills, experience and proven achievements in culture change and improving services. Experience in Domiciliary Care, Reablement and Intermediate Care Experience.
