Chef de Partie - Hotel and Restaurant - Nr Ilchester - Live-in - 30K + 7K Tips per year
We are thrilled to be recruiting for an additional Chef de Partie to join our client's team. Our client is now on the lookout for an accomplished chef to join the team in this modern contemporary style restaurant within a fantastic small hotel.
We are looking for chefs who are ideally classically trained, passionate about food and service, and have experience of working in fine dining pubs and/or restaurants. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years at Chef de Partie level or above. You should be enthusiastic, motivated, and have the drive to produce exceptional plates of food. You will have a good repertoire of dishes, understand the importance of using the finest seasonal produce available, and enjoy contributing to menu design.
Our client is seeking consistency to build on their already excellent reputation and is looking for chefs with a desire to progress. You should have some experience of health and hygiene practices, be a good communicator, work well in a team environment, and have the ability to organise a smooth running of a section.
The restaurant caters for approximately 20-40 covers for lunches, up to 80 covers for dinner (during busy times), and can accommodate around 100 covers for Sunday lunch.
