Role Definition
For a confident, personable, and ambitious individual with a good telephone manner to assist the Aurum High Net Worth and Specialist motor team in achieving their growth ambitions. The core responsibility is to manage the team's administrative requirements with our broking partners and to assist with the day-to-day functioning of the business in accordance with Company policy to achieve targets, develop the business, and deliver an excellent and comprehensive service.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively develop & maintain relationships with Brokers & other key stakeholders to continually drive improved performance & results for the company.
* Expected to take accountability and work in a timely & efficient manner to meet Brokers and Clients expectations of high standards of service.
* Underwrite mid-term activity for existing clients & assist Underwriters when necessary, with new business enquiries.
* Review & resolve accounts queries including age debt management.
* Documentation management including issuing to our broking partners.
* Participate & undertake applicable professional, technical & career development training (delivered internally & externally) as appropriate.
* Compliance with FCA & all regulatory requirements is essential.
* Assist with training colleagues of a similar role including systems & processes.
* Assist with planning and delivering system testing.
* Engage in discussions for improvements to our business.
* Interact with Aurum social media channels.
