The Isle of Wight’s Youth Justice Service (IOW YJS) is looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to join our busy team.
You will have worked with young people, specifically those exhibiting risky or antisocial behaviours, and be able to demonstrate an awareness of issues relating to youth crime.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing practice development and improvement in frontline service delivery. This role will be expected to manage a varied caseload of young people aged 10-18 years old and contribute to overall team performance.
Educated to GCSE level, including passes in English and Maths, you will be a self-starter, with a good sense of humour and an ability to work well within a multi-agency team.
