What you'll do
Sitting within the Engagement Squad, covering both regular reporting and strategic deep dive analysis improving the customer satisfaction performance of the Consumer business. This role is about creating and using best in class insight to inform business strategy, making recommendations on next step actions. This role will own the analysis of customer experience and satisfaction across the consumer base.
* Responsible for stakeholder management in CX analytics.
* Establish, support and be a point of contact for NPS dashboards enabling our segment areas to self- serve NPS view-points and trends by cohorts of interest.
* Deliver monthly & quarterly NPS summary packs across the consumer business, identifying key drivers behind current trends.
* Deliver best in class insight on customer satisfaction, pro-actively identifying and recommending focus areas for the business to improve customer experience.
* Provide actionable analytics across engagement campaigns, working to deliver improved customer perception across Value for Money and Network drivers.
* Support Chapter Lead & Senior Analytics Manager with driving insight across consumer.
* Support Chapter Lead & Senior Analytics Manager with data quality and best in practise coding and analysis.
* Work closely with other insight areas across the business (incl. Brand Insights, Enterprise Care and Big Data) in order to produce an holistic consumer view.
Who you are
* Track record of delivering customer insight from data
* Good knowledge of SQL required with knowledge of other languages (Python /SAS/R / Jupiter notebooks & AWS / GCP beneficial)
* Good knowledge of Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI, Qlik and Tableau.
* Ability to find strategic insights from data and present in a clear simple way to senior management.
