Pastoral and Behaviour Mentor

As a Mentor, you will support students facing barriers to learning, particularly in behaviour and attendance. Your role involves promoting high standards, effective mentoring, and positive behaviour management. You will work closely with school staff, implementing intervention strategies and behaviour plans.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading a behaviour facility
2. Developing intervention strategies
3. Creating behaviour plans and responding to incidents
4. Collaborating with staff to achieve positive outcomes
5. Working one-on-one with students to help them achieve their goals
6. Partnering with staff and external agencies to engage families
7. Maintaining accurate records for proactive intervention
8. Assisting in managing internally suspended students
9. Removing barriers to learning
