Key Responsibilities:
Framework Presence and Management:
* Evaluate and ensure the organisation’s presence on relevant public sector framework contracts, including those led by Crown Commercial Service.
* Monitor emerging framework opportunities and assess their strategic value to support organisational growth.
Business Development & Bid Management:
* Establish and lead business development and bid functions to identify, qualify, and secure opportunities via framework contracts.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and framework requirements.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
* Engage with central government and public sector clients to understand their hiring needs for technical roles.
* Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates, leveraging our Academy, Employed Consultants Model, and Offshore capability.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner.
* Demonstrate value through tailored recruitment solutions that deliver better outcomes and cost efficiencies for clients.
Strategy & Market Insights:
* Stay informed about public sector hiring trends, technical skill demands, and competitor strategies to drive innovative approaches.
* Leverage the company’s resources and culture to differentiate the organisation in a competitive marketplace.
Key Attributes and Skills:
* Proven experience in sales-driven recruitment, ideally within central government or the UK public sector.
* Familiarity with public sector frameworks such as CCS, DOS, or G-Cloud, and a strong understanding of how they operate.
* Exceptional business development skills, including pipeline building and bid preparation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and implement actionable plans.
