The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Finance and Premises Team Leader for 43 weeks per year, to work alongside our existing School Business Support Team. Leckhampton C of E Primary School is a successful 3-form entry Primary School in Cheltenham.
We are looking for a Finance and Premises Team Leader, who enjoys working as part of a supportive and positive team, and ideally has had experience of working in a school setting.
Working in collaboration with Local Authority Business Support services, the Finance and Premises Team Leader will be responsible for finance, personnel and human resource management, site management and all matters within the management of the school which are supportive to, but do not involve, the teaching function.
The Finance and Premises Team Leader will also line manage the Finance and Administrative Assistant and the School’s Caretaker.
The successful candidate will have:
1. Excellent numeracy/literacy skills
2. Qualifications suited to the post – ideally in accountancy, business management or a related discipline (e.g. AAT)
3. Able to use and manage all aspects of FMS and SAP
4. Ability to deliver good consistent customer service
