Part Time Executive Assistant – Colchester

We have a rare opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our Chairman, working part time, Monday – Friday 9 am – 2.30 pm (25hrs per week), the role is hybrid with the expectation of working in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant (PA) to assist with a diverse range of tasks across property, finance, and personal assistant responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management Support:
* Assisting with property management tasks including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.
* Liaise with agents and contractors as needed.
* Maintaining accurate records for the property portfolio, including all financial income and expenditure.
Finance Support:
* Managing invoices, expenses, and receipts for personal and family expenditure.
* Processing payments and liaising with the accountant on financial reports.
* Preparing year end accounts.
Personal Assistant Duties:
* Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
* Handling email correspondence and prioritising tasks.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an executive assistant at senior level.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in MS Office (word & excel)
* Excellent attention to detail required
