The Role & Team
Admin Assistant at Oodle Car Finance.
We're looking for an Admin Assistant to join Oodle in our Manchester Office and provide support to the EA team and Office Managers with the smooth running of our three offices (London, Oxford & Manchester).
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Event management internally and externally for offsite meetings, liaising with outside providers and organising refreshments and catering.
* Work with other members of the admin team when required to assist with events like Oodle nights, Christmas party, etc.
* Monitoring of birthdays/work anniversaries, ordering cards and presents if the Office Manager is unavailable.
* Provide ad hoc support to EAs and Senior Team when required.
* Shared responsibility with the office manager processing all incoming and outgoing post daily to the Manchester office, ensuring confidentiality where required.
* Help with the organisation of the Office Sainsburys shop once it has been delivered.
* Organising and providing travel and accommodation support to all Exco.
* Oversee and manage the invoices and approval of expenses for all of Exco.
* Provide holiday cover for the EAs and office managers, including minuting when needed.
Essential Requirements for the Role
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Sociability and strong emotional intelligence.
* The ability to be proactive and prioritise effectively.
* Stakeholder management.
* Attention to detail.
* Minuting experience.
Skills and qualifications we ideally need:
* 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at C grade or above.
* You must be IT literate with experience of using Word and Excel.
* Customer Service skills - you will want to help people, be empathetic, sensitive, and have a caring nature.
* Good written, numeracy and oral communication skills plus good attention to detail.
* Honesty and integrity.
* Team Player.
* The ability to ‘make things happen’.
