Pure are delighted to be working exclusively with a great organisation in Chelmsford looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team.
This is a fully office based role in a lovely working environment. This role will be 9-5pm with an hour for lunch and free parking.
Job Specification
You will report into the Finance Manager:
Sales ledger invoicing
Raising credit notes
Posting sale return orders
Helping with purchase ledger invoicing in busy periods
Daily cash posting for receipts
Monthly bank reconciliation
Petty cash
Adhoc support to the credit control teamRequirements
Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail
Time management
Some experience with data processing
Experience using an accountancy package would be advantageous
Good excel experience and knowledge – VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, formulas also advantageous
