You will be actively involved in assessing and clinically leading care delivery, supporting the emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing of children and young people who have or are suspected of having a neurodevelopmental disorder (ADHD, learning disability, autism, tics, or Tourette's). Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will provide a holistic assessment for children and young people, involving close liaison with the multi-agency network including schools and social care. The post holder will join a Multi-disciplinary Team and work closely with other teams within the CAMHS service. They will hold a caseload of complex needs relating to the young person's neurodiversity or ongoing neurodiversity assessment and co-morbidity of mental health needs. Responsibilities include assessing and risk managing cases and providing clinical leadership to non-registered staff for delegated tasks. The post holder will deliver specialist clinical practice for children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders, ensuring interventions are based on best evidence and delivered to the highest possible standard.
All Livewell Southwest staff are expected to be able and willing to work across a 7-day service.

8. To develop excellent communication skills applicable to working with young people, families, and professional systems.
9. To promote the mental health and emotional well-being of children and young people.

* Current Professional registration.
* Evidence of continued professional development relevant to this field of care.

* Experience in assessment, including risk, care planning, intervention, and evaluation.
