Our client is a community-facing, people-first business that delivers, manages and maintains communities and places - including multi-tenure housing, schools, open spaces, public and private buildings, retail schemes, distribution centres, manufacturing plants, utilities and broadband networks. Location : Slough Start : ASAP Duration : Temp to Perm Working hours : Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm Salary: £29k per annum Key responsabilities: Co-ordination of all Hard Services requirements under direction of the Hard FM Manager Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements Assist the Hard FM Manager to develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service. Collating and reviewing Specialist providers documentation and filing them accordingly Requirments: Experience in Hard Services Clean Enhanced DBS Practical knowledge and management of Statutory compliance requirements Understanding and knowledge Building Management Systems Able to manage own workload and prioritise where necessary INDBRC Barker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
