Key Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Project Manager to join a well established provider of lighting products and controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the electrical sector. You will be assisting the Technical & Project Director with the daily workload in their office.
Duties
* Liaising with the contractor to understand their programme of works.
* Liaise with Operations regarding any changes, raise any additional quotes.
* Make sure we have the most up to date information inc the latest drawings and spec
* Issue RAMs
* Review daily engineer reports and send to the contractor with any snags / quotes needed.
* Manage Engineer drawings
* Attending site visits when required
Requirements
* Electrical qualifications are desirable
* Proven background within Project Management
* Understanding of construction projects
* Strong organisational skills
Hours of Work
Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-15:00
40 hours per week
