Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a highly motivated Property Manager to join our team in Preston on a full time, permanent basis. As a Property Manager working for Reeds Rains you will receive:
1. £23,850 plus commission.
2. Professional training and development.
In the role of a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Assessing and resolving maintenance issues by urgency and importance.
2. Maintaining high standards of communication with landlords and tenants.
3. Conducting and analyzing property inspection reports and liaising with the landlord to provide relevant advice.
4. Conducting end of lease checkouts and processing documentation in line with company processes.
5. Managing end of tenancy returns and negotiating dilapidation compensation.
6. Checking invoices received against works orders and arranging payment to contractors.
7. Negotiating and managing tenancy renewals for the landlord and tenant.
8. Monitoring any rent arrears, chasing any payments, and updating landlords promptly.
9. Preparation and serving of legal notices.
10. Processing deposit returns.
We are looking for:
1. Previous experience as a Property Manager preferable but not essential.
2. Full and clean driving licence (own car not necessary).
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good personal presentation and conduct.
5. Excellent administration and organisational skills.
6. The ability to build effective relationships within the internal network and with our customers.
7. Good problem-solving skills.
