This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a prestigious investment bank, supporting senior professionals and high-performing teams across Germany. You’ll play a vital role as a floating assistant, stepping in where support is most needed and ensuring seamless coverage across the division. Full training and dedicated support from a Team Supervisor will be provided to set you up for success in this fast-paced, international environment. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be part of a collaborative assistant team responsible for delivering first-class administrative support to senior associates and industry leaders. Duties include: Complex diary and calendar management for senior bankers (VP level and above) Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple global time zones Managing high volumes of communication – calls, emails, and updates with efficiency and discretion Booking rooms and video conferences across international offices Travel planning – booking flights, hotels, transport, and handling visa applications Expense reports and invoice processing Providing holiday and phone coverage for team members General team support, handling ad hoc tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations What We’re Looking For We’re seeking highly capable, polished professionals with: Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written) 2 years of experience in an assistant or administrative support role, ideally within financial services Expertise in Outlook and strong skills in calendar and logistics coordination A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities A calm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills at all levels Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and dependability Adaptability and flexibility to work across teams and changing environments Why Join?
