Customer Accounts Assistant
This role will initially be to support the team with administrative duties, with the intention of progressing into a more credit control-oriented position.
The role will be hybrid but ideally within easy reach of either our Milton Keynes branches for meetings, The objective of the role will be carrying out the administration tasks regarding maintenance of sales ledger accounts, debt reduction activities, cash collection and query resolution.
Knowledge & experience
1. Previous experience in both a customer facing industry as well as an administration role is essential
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
4. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
