KRG are working with a top model and talent management agency based in London who are seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead their growing division. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy tailored to the unique needs of fashion, sports, content creators, and entertainment sectors. Provide direction to the team so that they can identify and onboard new talent, ensuring a diverse and dynamic roster. Lead and negotiate strategic partnerships with brands to enhance talent visibility and create mutually beneficial opportunities. Establish performance metrics and evaluation processes to assess the success of campaigns. Facilitate collaboration between the talent team, ensuring alignment on projects, campaigns, and brand messaging. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategy. Manage budgets and financial planning for talent-related projects, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation. Design and implement career development programs, mentorship opportunities, and training initiatives to support and grow the team. Develop and execute strategies to address and mitigate any reputational risks or crises involving talent, ensuring swift and effective communication. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, agents, brands, and media, ensuring clear and effective communication across all parties. About you: You're ambitious and driven about growing and leading a team and division. Proven experience within talent management across entertainment or fashion. Exhibit exceptional social skills, negotiation abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain and grow client relationships. Demonstrate technological proficiency and clear communication for efficient operations and client management. Previous experience managing direct reports. Strong strategic thinking skills for talent's career strategies and on a commercial, business level. Benefits: Uncapped commission scheme - OTE for this role is £80,000 - £90,000.
