Sales and Customer Service Coordinator LE4 £32,000 per year LE4 Permanent The Professional services department at SF Recruitment are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing team within a dynamic and forward-thinking company. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting key business functions. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls and emails, providing excellent customer service. - Proactively engage with existing and potential customers. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Track sales leads, manage follow-ups, and update internal records. - Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts. - Assist with PQQ submissions and support the estimating team with quotes, leads, and supplier coordination. - Log and manage customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution. - Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and email campaigns. - Help prepare sales presentations and promotional materials. - Provide administrative support across various teams as required.
