Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Manager to lead all aspects of their human resources function. As the HR Manager, you will be pivotal in hiring campaigns, fostering a positive work culture, supporting employee development and performance management, dealing with grievances and HR disputes, and ensuring compliance with UK employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
* HR Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and policies.
* Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance management frameworks, supporting managers in conducting appraisals, setting objectives, and identifying development needs.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations. Manage contracts, policies, and processes in line with legal requirements. Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent and lead seamless onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company culture.
* Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
* Policy Development: Design, review, and maintain HR policies, ensuring they are clear, compliant, and aligned with company values.
* HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyse HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and provide reports to leadership on workforce trends.
* Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, providing support in resolving conflicts and fostering a harmonious working environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR management, with demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and legal HR compliance in the UK.
* Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK employment law, including disciplinary processes, redundancy, TUPE, and equality regulations. CIPD Level 7 is required.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR systems, MS Office, and project management tools.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace change with a solutions-oriented mindset.
