Legal Secretary (Private Client) Tunbridge Wells £26,000 - £29,000 p/a Full time, permanent Hybrid (2-3 days working from home)
A leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy team. Main responsibilities
* Assist solicitors with all aspects of Wills, Estates & Tax Planning, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
* Maintain accurate and organised legal files
* Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and coordinating calendars.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
* Provide general administrative support to the private client department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
About you
* You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role
* Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within private client.
* You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* You will be positive and professional
