Are you an organised, proactive, and experienced coordinator with a passion for heritage, exhibitions, and visitor engagement? We are looking for a Seasonal Programme and Team Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and production of temporary displays and exhibitions. About the Role As a key member of the Textiles Team, you will undertake administrative duties as directed, maintaining project timelines and budgets, preparing meeting papers and reports, collating departmental information, supporting the delivery of talks and demonstrations, and liaising with artists and external contractors and ensuring clear communication is maintained at all times. You will need to maintain a thorough understanding of project work and assist the Textile and Seasonal Programme Curator in the scheduling and delivery of temporary displays and exhibitions including our highly anticipated Christmas programme. This will be across departments and the wider Devonshire Group i.e. retail, gardens, farmyard and education. You will support the co-coordination of installation and deinstallation of projects, including generating schedules, staff rotas, implementing specific training requirements and leading installation team briefings when required. This is a permanent role working 32 hours per week over 4-days per week (actual days to be discussed). About You We are looking for a motivated and highly organised individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in project management and event coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks is essential, along with a proactive, problem-solving approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude. A collaborative mind-set and willingness to support a diverse team are key to this role, and while not essential, knowledge of or interest in the heritage sector and conservation would be desirable.
