Parkside Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's Global Product Quality team in Berkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing individual with a solid background in supplier audit, compliance, and GMP/GDP management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* We are looking for someone with excellent written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
* Able to manage time efficiently and maintain accurate records of supplier audits and inspections.
* Proactive issue identification and resolution skills to ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities are fully adequate.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a global team and contribute to the development and maintenance of quality management policies and procedures.
* Experience in managing GxP audits at partner sites and ensuring corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance and auditing within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of GMP/GDP regulations and standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Ability to negotiate with third parties on quality processes and manage supplier relationships.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
