We are growing! Join our family business as a Junior Retail Account Manager. You'll support and develop retail accounts and sales across the market, including top grocers, discounters, and convenience operators. Focus on our Bavaria 0.0% and pilsner brands, reporting directly to the General Manager of the UK business.
What are you going to do?
1. Support and develop the UK retail channel, build on existing relationships, and form new ones.
2. Implement JBP’s with key customers to generate growth.
3. Activate listings across store and depot channels, and gain new listings in convenience.
4. Create account/store audits to identify gaps and propose solutions.
5. Develop commercial skills by learning about production costs, and work from offices in East Midlands or Birmingham twice a week.
Who are you?
1. Develop effective relationships and have excellent communication skills.
2. Be curious to understand customers and find beneficial solutions.
3. Understand financial metrics, be results-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions.
4. Possess the ability to influence, negotiate, and work as part of a team.
5. Have around 1-2 years of FMCG retail experience and a desire to win.
