Nursery Assistant - What the Role Involves:
* Supporting children with SEN in a nursery class setting.
* Assisting with daily activities, ensuring all children feel included and supported.
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide individualised learning.
* Helping with personal care tasks where needed.
Nursery Assistant - Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working as a Nursery Assistant in a primary or nursery school.
* A good understanding of SEN support strategies and early years development.
* A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
