THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor will manage a broad caseload of contentious matters in criminal law and prosecutions, including court advocacy and providing advisory services to a diverse range of clients dealing with sensitive issues. This is a rare opportunity to retrain and expand your expertise in prosecutions within a prominent public sector organisation, contributing significantly to delivering justice for victims. THE CANDIDATE:
This role is open to Solicitors and Barristers holding a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Ideally, candidates will have experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and demonstrate a genuine passion for this area of work. A current practising certificate is required, and applicants must have resided in the UK for at least five years.
