Your mission As a Solutions Engineer, you are a key-contributor in bridging the gap between pre- and post-sales. You play a pivotal role in demonstrating Intigriti’s capability to exposing risks and threats to a company’s security exposure. Your technical cybersecurity knowledge is fostering the relationship with prospects and clients alike creating trust in our solution building a foundation for a long-lasting partnership. We are looking for someone who can x2 days per week from our London office. What you’ll be doing Work directly with customers to schedule, scope, and execute Hybrid Pentest programs, ensuring efficient and effective security assessments. Manage relationships with researchers, customers and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and satisfaction Ensure each Bug Bounty program includes accurate information and a detailed scope, working closely with Customer Success Managers. Deliver pre-sales technical support to the New Business team, ensuring scalable new logo acquisition with a focus on recurring revenue and maximizing product adoption. Partner with Account Executives as a technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, including prospecting evaluation and proof of concepts. Use a combination of technical and solution selling skills speaking in the buyer’s language and clearly communicate the intersection between the product offering and the client’s business needs. What you’ll bring Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or 3 years of work experience in computer security. Experience supporting the technology evaluation stage of the sales process with personas in cybersecurity, advising the sales team on product sales, and being a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers. Ability to work with complex business and technical requirements, translating them into solution designs and creating customized, high-impact product demos. Understanding the differences between product selling and solution selling, and architecting designs to meet the strategic and technical needs of clients. Natural drive to improve, build, and scale a young product. Technological affinity with the ambition to become an expert in the functional applications offered by the Intigriti platform and its integration capabilities. Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to consult and provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists and enable internal teams in developing technical fluency. Effective communicator with technical and domain skills to be consultative and credible in your approach. Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change. Passion for an exceptional customer experience with the ability to balance customer needs and business priorities. Fluency in English language. French, Dutch, and German are a plus.
