An in-house pensions opportunity, ideal for someone with a background in governance and/or scheme secretarial work.
This role offers a chance to step into an environment where many key functions, including pensions administration, have already been outsourced, allowing you to focus on managing advisors and service providers.
You'll be part of a small, supportive team expanding from two to three. This will ensure a manageable workload and a really healthy work-life balance (30 days holidays + BH)
You will lead on meeting management, compliance, member communications, and trustee engagement.
Ideally you will:
* Be a pensions professional with previous experience in a scheme secretarial or governance role.
* Have good knowledge of defined benefit schemes and current pension legislation and market practice.
* Be able to produce minutes and actions of complex, technical meetings and to adapt to the Schemes’ own style and format.
