Main Duties of the Job
1. Opening and distribution of post.
2. Scanning documents and maintaining patients' electronic files.
3. Providing support to the secretaries, Consultants, and their teams.

Person Specification
Skills
* General understanding of office practices and administration.
* Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
* Ability to communicate with, coordinate, and liaise with a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience of working in an administrative role.
* Previous NHS experience.
* Knowledge of NHS systems.
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
* NVQ2, or working towards NVQ2, in Business Administration or similar administrative field.
