What You’ll Do:
* Lead conservation projects across all RIBA stages
* Collaborate with clients, public bodies & contractors
* Mentor junior team members & contribute to business development
* Ensure the sensitive restoration & adaptive reuse of historic buildings
* Work on projects across cultural, education, hospitality & master planning sectors
What You’ll Need:
* AABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation (essential)
* 10+ years post-Part III experience
* A strong network within the conservation & heritage sector
* Working knowledge of Revit & AutoCAD
* IHBC or SPAB accreditation (preferred, not essential)
