We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of rota planning, bidding for work, and working closely with the local authority to bring on new care packages. If you’re ambitious, organised, and passionate about high-quality care, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the daily operations of a growing domiciliary care service.
· Develop and manage staff rotas effectively, ensuring continuity of care.
· Liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders to secure and implement new care packages.
· Field on-call duties (not 24/7) and oversee night check-ins, completed by 10pm.
· Contribute to compliance with CQC standards and support the future growth of the service.
Requirements:
· Experience in a senior coordination or supervisory role within domiciliary care.
· Strong knowledge of rota systems and coordinating care delivery.
· Understanding of the bidding process for new care packages and local authority frameworks.
· Leadership potential and a clear desire to progress into a management role.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
