Description
* Handle day-to-day financial transactions such as invoicing, payments, and banking
* Maintain and update financial records
* Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
* Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial procedures are followed
* Support the annual budgeting and auditing processes
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
* Contribute to the team's objectives in the public sector
* Perform ad hoc financial tasks as required
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* Demonstable experience in a similar Finance role
* Experience of preparing and analysing budgets
* Excellent numerical skills
* Good organisational abilities
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective communication skills
* The ability to work well as part of a team
* Experience using financial software
Job Offer
Full time role + Hybrid working + Ongoing for the next 6 months (with a view to then extend for a further 12 months) + 20-23 p/h + Weekly pay + ASAP start.
