12-month Fixed-term contract

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

A bit about the job:
The role is central to helping Aviva meet its obligations to file accurate tax reports to HMRC. As a Tax Advisor in the Policyholder Tax team, you will:
* Work with ISA reporting specialists within the team to ensure accurate and timely returns are submitted to HMRC.
* Build an excellent working relationship with the customer administration teams, understanding their processes and suggesting improvements to benefit both the customer and Aviva.
* Help address tax queries, risks, and errors and deal with some on your own.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Knowledge of ISA reporting requirements or experience administering ISA products.
* A keen interest in learning about tax and adapting to new systems.
* Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
* Strong written communication skills for drafting simple and clear emails.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary around £40,000 - £45,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
* Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
